6. Two Legal Stamps
7. Flat file (Foldable and yellow color)
8. Face mask – 2 nos (Washable)
9. Learner License for HVD and HEM trainees
10. Duly filled up HRD from No.17 (uploaded on institute website)
11. Submission of original documents:
    • School leaving certificate
    • Mark sheets
    • Medical certificate
    • Security Clearance Certificate
    • NOC from an employer if employed
    • Other certificates if any
