| Principal's Expressions|
From the day I joined this institute as a new principal every day has been a fulfilling day for me working in TTI, Samthang. I have been privileged to have such a dedicated and committed team of staff and students who are passionate about teaching and learning. No wonder this institute performs consistently well. TTI, Samthang ensures a safe environment where courtesy and kindness prevail and where there is respect for differences in other people, customs and cultures - each individual is valued and thought to be special. Our motto, “Work and Virtue” inspire each individual to strive to achieve his or her best.
Our institute web, therefore, offers us best opportunity to showcase what we do, how do we do it and the reason behind all our endeavors. Finally, this is a good platform for us –staff and students to put on record for everything we do for others, particularly stakeholders, beneficiaries, parents and the web browsers to keep abreast of the institute activities.
It’s not enough to claim that we perform and are the best, but be supported with evidences.
We hope who ever visits our web, will get fairly good idea about the institute and the trade we offer. We also hope you will have happy reading and something to learn from.

A BVQF qualification is an award which recognises that learning has taken place and that learning outcomes have been achieved. These learning outcomes are expressed as achievements in meeting competencies that are listed in the National Competency Standards. Award of qualifications will be based on competency based assessment for each occupation. A national assessment and certification system is developed to plan and coordinate systematic competency-based assessments for the award of National Certificates.
